Birdies was founded in San Francisco in 2015 by Bianca Gates and Marisa Sharkey. It began as stylish "slippers you can wear to greet guests" and grew into a popular women's flats brand. The honest caveat is company stability and service. Birdies was acquired by KNS International in March 2025.
