Editorial Policy

These are the standards behind every FailleGlam article, from reviews to buying guides.

Researched and checked by the team

Every article is researched, written, fact-checked and edited by the FailleGlam Editorial Team and published under the team’s name. Health and wellbeing articles are checked by the medical professionals on the team; home and furniture articles draw on our designer and maker.

Accuracy and sources

  • We check facts against primary sources wherever we can: the brand’s own specifications and policies, independent test results and official information.
  • Customer experiences come from verified-buyer reviews and public complaint records. We present them as what buyers report, not as our own findings.
  • Prices, subscriptions, warranties and return policies are correct at the time of writing and can change. Live prices show when they were last checked.
  • Health content is general information, not medical advice. Always speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.

Independence

Brands and advertisers have no say in what we publish. They cannot pay for coverage, see articles before publication or buy a better score. We earn money through affiliate links, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. Any gifted or sponsored content is clearly labelled.

Balance

Every review says what works, what to watch out for, who a product suits and who should skip it. When the evidence is thin or mixed, we say so.

Updates

We revisit articles when products, prices or policies change, and each article shows the date it was last updated.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it quickly. Small fixes, such as a typo or a broken link, are made without a note. Anything that changes the meaning of an article or a recommendation is corrected and noted in the article. To report an error, use our contact form and choose “Correction to an article”, or email media@failleglam.com.
