The honest caveat is the back office. Warby Parker isn't BBB-accredited and has 94 BBB complaints in three years, mostly about service or repairs, product defects and delivery. Examples include lenses cracking in under a year, refunds taking months, and prescription orders arriving weeks late with no update. The $15 Virtual Vision Test in the app only renews existing prescriptions and doesn't screen for eye disease, so it's no substitute for a real eye exam.
