Amanda Pallister is a UK-based junior doctor whose path in medicine has been shaped by a genuine interest in helping people understand and take better care of their health. She completed her Medical Sciences degree at St George’s, University of London, graduating with distinction, before progressing through Foundation Training and gaining experience across a range of healthcare settings in London and the wider UK.
Alongside her clinical work, Amanda has a particular interest in lifestyle medicine and the connection between everyday choices and overall wellbeing. At university she served as President of the Lifestyle Medicine Society, promoting conversations about healthier, more sustainable ways of living.
As a member of the FailleGlam Editorial Team, Amanda contributes her medical knowledge through thoughtful advice and guidance on health and wellbeing. She believes health advice should feel understandable, realistic and compassionate, and her aim is to make health conversations less intimidating: looking after yourself is not about perfection, but about understanding what your body and mind need and making small, meaningful choices.
