01 Why We Reviewed Coop Sleep Goods
Siblings Kevin and Jin Chon founded Coop (formerly Coop Home Goods) in California in 2013 around one idea: a pillow you can adjust by adding or removing its shredded memory foam fill. The Original Adjustable Pillow became one of the most-reviewed pillows in America, with more than 17,000 reviews on the brand’s own site and about 4.6/5 from 13,500+ ratings at Walmart. Backed by Topspin Consumer Partners, Coop merged with sheet brand Comphy in 2024 and has grown the range into the Eden, Cool+, Adjustable Latex and body pillows, plus toppers and sheets.
The honest caveat: Trustpilot is thin, at about 2.3/5 from only seven reviews, and includes a 2026 complaint about a denied 100-night return. Others mention slow email support and website glitches. Also beware of lookalike sites coopsleepgoods.it.com and coopsleepgoodsa.it.com, which copy Coop’s warranty pages. Buy at coopsleepgoods.com or major retailers.
